Copyright Policy: LaVida Given By Nature, LLC reserves all rights to the content of its company. All images, photos and materials may not be published, printed, copied, reproduced or sold without written contractual consent. Copyright infringement may impose penalties of actual damages, statutory damages or criminal proceedings for violations

Disclaimer: Animal by-products (excluding beeswax, honey and milk powders derived from dairy), Formaldahyde, Petrolatum, Petroleum, Mineral oil, Urea, Lanolin, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate, Propylene Glycol, Stearalkonium Chloride, Methyl, Propyl, Butyl and Ethyl Parabens are never included in our preparations. Unfortunately for any aqueous products we have or any that are potentially exposed to moisture, we now include a paraben and formyldahyde free preservative, used at a miniscule 1 - 1.5%.  You will also find that we use a minimal amount of synthetic fragrances and colors. Like any new product, spot testing is recommended due to unknown irritations or allergies one may have. If redness, swelling or any other abnormal skin appearance occurs during the use of our product, discontinue use and contact a physician. These products are not made for internal consumption; Do not drink, eat, swallow or taste. Do not use products for other than what they are intended for. Products should be stored in a cool dry place, for maximum shelf life.

Privacy Policy: LaVida Given By Nature, LLC is committed to privacy. Any information provided to us by our customers is strictly used for orders, inquiries, promotions/specials, and the tracking of our valued customers to make shopping with us a pleasurable experience.

Return Policy: Due to the nature of our products no returns can be made after an order is processed. Reviewing your order before it is placed is advisable.  We are always willing to accommodate our customers, so if you have any questions regarding your order contact us at orders@lavidagivenbynature.com .

Pay Pal: Payments are made through Pay Pal. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for your payment to be processed. As an alternative to ordering on-line, order forms are available upon request.

Cancellation Policy: Orders may be canceled up to 24 hrs after a payment is processed. You will be refunded, Via Pay Pal- or by check. In the event of custom orders NO REFUND is given once contract in finalized. 

Shipping Policy: Please allow 1 - 2 weeks for your orders to reach you. All orders are sent Priority Mail and Delivery Confirmation with the United States Postal Service (USPS.com).  Please note that you will be refunded the difference on shipping shortly after your package ships.

Order Replacements: On occasion we will issue order replacements/refunds based on vendor inaccuracy. or under rare circumstance.  Packages that are insured will be replaced.  To have your order insured please e-mail us before completing your order.  All orders over $50 are automatically insured free of charge. 

International Shipping: Due to the all the water and land between us and those abroad, the above shipping policy entails some additional details. ALL international order (outside the continental US of A) must be placed manually with our Customers Service Dept to determine the approximate shipping and handling charge.
